I remembered I just had sundae the other night. Actually, my college batchmates and I had. Although I’ve been meeting a few of my friends a lot of time since we’ve graduated (dalawa, to be exact), we haven’t been out as a whole batch after we finished our review classes.
Anyway, we had a late night dinner at RP Manila (saan pa nga ba? the safest and most accessible for most of us). One of my classmates shouldered half of our bill so we decided to just use the “change” for some dessert. It’s already 10pm, yup and the stores are closing one by one. Luckily, we were able to get in Iceberg’s before it closed it’s doors to customers (hey, we’re 19! sayang naman diba?)
Our “coordinator” took charge of ordering chocolate and strawberry sundae for everybody. It really gave me the tingles but it was a very wholesome heart warming night so I let that feeling pass.
On our way home… and that was around 11, I managed to snatch my dear friend Kat for some coffee loving at Starbucks. Well, since we’re about to spell SUGAR all over our face, I just decided to have some hot tea with her. I’m not a tea drinker (it was a first for me so I still asked suggestions from everybody… hehe) but that night, I loved the smell of my drink (and of Kat’s).
